I went around 4:20pm today and I got the worst haircut of my life. This is my second time coming to Sport Clips. my first time was in Batavia and she did an amazing job. She listened and did exactly what I wanted. Expecting the same at the Naperville location. I didn't catch the lady's name but she was the one with glasses, blonde and slightly large. I showed her a picture including the modifications that I wanted and I ended up getting a basic buzz cut instead... if I wanted somebody mess up my hair I would have just gone to Great Clips.
